Employees are given a video job board where they can post job recruiting videos exhibiting the job location, team and the job at hand. Employers post job recruiting videos to the job boards so users can view their pitch to work for them.
Employers also have a QR code for user to scan & view their “Employer Recruiting Page” that allows employers to post over 50 videos to recruit potential candidates. There is a section for taking a video tour that showcases programs like internships, locations/ work environments, work programs such as job training for veterans, overall work culture, and employee testimonials to help candidates gain a better insight into the company’s culture.
